Butler is a personal assistant service that connects to your authorized accounts (email, calendar, file storage, messaging, project management, and others) and performs tasks you request through conversation. It is software, not a human. It may occasionally make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing its output before taking important actions.
62| 63|Butler costs $20 per month. You will be billed monthly starting from the date you sign up. You can cancel at any time. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial month refunds.
65|You must be at least 18 years old to use Butler. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
66| 67|Butler is designed for personal and small business use. Fair usage limits apply to ensure quality of service for all users. If your usage significantly exceeds typical patterns, we may reach out to discuss a suitable plan. We will never throttle or cut you off without notice and a conversation first.
69| 70|You can use Butler to manage your email, calendar, tasks, files, and business tools. You can ask it to read, summarize, draft, create, move, archive, and find things across your connected apps. You can connect as many apps as you want.
72| 73|You may not use Butler for any illegal activity, to harass others, to bypass security measures, to attempt unauthorized access to systems, or to process data you do not have the right to access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
75| 76|We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Butler may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors outside our control. We will notify you in advance of scheduled maintenance when possible.
78| 79|Butler is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to: missed emails, incorrect calendar entries, data loss from connected services, or decisions made based on Butler's output. You use the service at your own discretion.
81| 82|Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we do not sell your data. We do not store your emails or files permanently. You can revoke access to any connected app at any time.
84| 85|You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may terminate your account if you violate these terms. If we terminate for violation, no refund will be issued. If we terminate for any other reason, you will receive a prorated refund.
87| 88|We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of Butler after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
90| 91|These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
